I am coming across issues that quiet honestly should have punched a beta tester in the face till he/she was black and blue. Facebook login issue jumped out within 5 minutes of activation how on earth could a tester fail to pick that up. Same with Ad Packs in 3.1.8 less than 5 minutes and that was found some others granted may have taken a little longer for members to find but on the whole some of these issues are simple beta tester issues that should stop a release dead in it's tracks until rectified.
2nd. Issues that have been found are just floating in limbo land - no feedback, no nothing - Why? It's almost as though no one is bothered but surely that's not the case?
There are now a number of issues with 3.1.8 with absolutely no response from anyone, leaving users frustrated and in the dark, it really is unacceptable.
Issues like these cost us massive amounts of time because we believe that it is something that we are doing, after all this is a final release it must be us. Do you understand how an end user may think that way. End users should be experiencing small niggling issues that are not detrimental to the functionality of the program. not issues that stop it dead in it's tracks. When it is stopped dead the fixes should be rapid.
Can you please bring everyone up to speed with the issues that have been raised so we know exactly what issues are actually being addressed in 3.1.8 out of the many threads with no response.
