    Backup

Hi. when a new release of classipress is coming out, I prefer to totally reinstall wordpress and classipress, instead of upgrading, so I have documentation on anything i did on my site.
The problem is, when i do that, all users and ads are of course being deleted, is there a method to
take backup of all ads + users?

I can take a full backup of ftp and mysql, but that doesen't help me in this case.
