Blocked from Logging in?
Is there anything that would prevent someone from logging into their account such as cookies, the type of Web browser he/she is using, etc...?
I ask because I have one member of my Classipress site who says that she can't log in regardless of the password she uses. I have changed her password and logged into her account with the new password with no problem. But when she uses the new password she apparently cannot log into her account. This has been going on for quite some time.
Of course I'm wondering if it's just negligence on her part, but I want to be sure.
