Blue Color Scheme Sidebar/Widgets Displaying wrong

I have a multisite install with the global search plugin working on each of the sites. They all appear fine except for the blue classipress color schemes. For some reason the sidebar and footer widgets show up in the wrong place after doing a global search. (they show up wrong on the global search results page). All the other color schemes show up just fine. I've checked and disabled my child theme and that is not the problem. It's within the classipress theme itself. Any thoughts where I might look?

I know its the blue color scheme because I have two sites of each color and its both of my blue ones that show up wrong.
