I broke my Classipress site

Hi there! I was working in the css style sheet within my classipress site trying to add something to the footer (http://www.smilezmarketplace.com) and must have deleted part of the code and I can't figure out how to get back in to fix it. This is the error message I keep getting:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home1/getresu4/public_html/smilezmarketplace/wp-content/themes/classipress/functions.php on line 29

Any suggestions, help, fixes, magic, etc?
