Bug in Classipress 3.2.1 with description - "This form required"

When posting an ad - the custom field - Description - meta name "post_content" is a mandatory required field.
When placing ads what happens is if you do not fill in other mandatory required fields like, for example - Title - meta name "post_title" and you click on the continue button the system will bounce you back to the "Title" field and highlight it in a pinkish color with the cursor in the Title field with writing in red next to the field saying "This field is required"

However what happens with the required Description field is if all other required fields are filled in but the "Description" field is not and you hit the continue button at the bottom, nothing happens - you do not go to the next step but you also do not get bounced back up to the Description field with your cursor in the field and the field is not highlighted in a pinkish red - so what happens is you need to scroll up and only then you will see some text in red above the description field saying "This field is required" (see image 2 Required description field)
For a user placing an ad this small bug will throw them as they will keep hitting continue not understanding why they are not taken to the next step of placing an ad if they can not see the Description field and until they manually scroll up and see the field and that it is required to fill in they will be confused.
