Buying another CP for another site?

Hi -
Here's a question about CP's concunrrent website

I already have one CP site as you know :P
Thats for 1 country.

But now i would like to start another one for another country
(i'm aware CP still does not allow multiple locations, etc)

Do i have to buy another CP? Or can i use the one i've already purchased again?
