Can change Parmalink?

I use ClassiPress3.0.5.3 now.
I use it in Japanese, so when making ads, the ad's url are too long because the url contains Japanese words.

For example,

http://www.aaaa.com/ads/%E6%90%BA%E5%B8%AF%E3%82%B5%E3%82%A4%E3%83%88%E5%8 8%B6%E4%BD%9C-9800%E5%86%86

Can I change parmalink '%postname%' into %post_id% or another?
And how?
