Can I Hide or Remove parts of "Edit Profile"?

Hi everyone,

I am wondering if it's possible to remove some options on the "Edit Profile" page. I'd like to hide or remove the Paypal Email and Membership pack options, because my site is free. I might switch to paid in the future, but I just want to take it off from the user's view for now. It would help to clean up the page options so it's easier for people to fill out their profiles. I think right now the "User Photo" is not very visible all the way at the bottom. If it's not possible to hide or remove options, can I rearrange them on the page?
