Can this be made better or fixed for viewing on mobile devices/tablets?

Hi,

This is something I have noticed while testing cp 3.3 via mobile/tablet usage.

Any sidebar widget or even the fixed/hard coded welcome box gets pushed to the bottom of the ad listings when viewing on either of these two types of devices.

The widgets I am not bothered about, but the welcome box doesn't look right at the bottom when viewing on a mobile device or tablet in portrait mode.

The idea of having a welcome box should be so that the user see's this at the top of the fold - not at the bottom.

I know you can't have everything, but it would be good to either get rid of this altogether when a certain screen size condition has been met, or move this from the sidebar and place it at the top.

Or make this a widget so it's not hard coded.

Anyone else notice this and agree with me?
