Can't Edit

I have install the current version of Classipress on WP 3.1.3 and get the following error
"You have entered an invalid ad id or do not have permission to edit that ad"

I am using IIS and included the correct Mod_rewrite rules, directory level security is set to full, all users have contributor set for a role, permalink setting is /%postname%/%post_id%/, the home, categories, about, and terms menus are the only ones displayed, checked and the edit-item page has been published the tpl.edit-item template is set for the edit-item page. Tried everything and nothing seems to help.

Everything else works but users cannot edit their ads
