    CAN'T EDIT PICTURE IN ACCOUNT PROFILE (v3.1.6)

    When I try to edit profile picture in my account I get the following error:

    Access Denied. Your site administrator has blocked your access to the WordPress back-office.

    How can I allow user to edit/add his or her picture without giving access to back-office?
