Can't fix character encoding different
Hi,

Since a long time i try to fix this:

Character Encoding mismatch!
The character encoding specified in the HTTP header (iso-8859-15) is different from the value in the <meta> element (utf-8). I will use the value from the HTTP header (iso-8859-15) for this validation.

Only those 2 pages: Se connecter/S'enregistrer �*
Se connecter/S'enregistrer �*
All others pages are fine
I try to change <<'>> by <<'>> but it is not working.

If anybody know a solution?
