category in ad submission has added slash
Hi,

When using category with apostrophe (') I noticed on category submission on the review step there is a slash added to it.
This will probably happen for more characters like quotation mark (").

I found it in step-functions.php:205

<div id="review"><?php echo esc_html($_POST['catname']); ?></div>

I added stripslashes() as follows:

<div id="review"><?php echo stripslashes(esc_html($_POST['catname'])); ?></div>

This solved the added slash.
