Category Issue

Hello,

I have the categories tab up the Menu which one someone move the mouse on it opens a list box and after moving the mouse to a different place the list box disappear. I want to make it that way "When someone click on the Categories tab, the box list doesn't close automatically unless the user\visitor click somewhere else.
