Change language 'date' in profile into an another language

Maybe you can help me with this. I want to change the language in the date shown on the page 'profile' (see f.e. image enclosed). The date is shown in the colour 'light green' Where can i find the proper .php ? Thanx in advance. Keep up the good work !
