Change language - the .mo file problemes in 3.1.6

I'am trying to changes the mo file. But I cant get it to work...

I want to change the language fra english to dansih. Downloaded the language package and unzip it.

Then er uploade it to the theme classipress folder (wp-content/Themes/classipress), changede the wp-confiq file to define ('WPLANG','pt_dk');

But nothing happend?

What do I do wrong - please help
