    Child theme questions, header changes not showing up!

    Does the child theme files have to have the same structure as the main theme? For example would a edited theme-header.php have to be in the base directory of the child theme or would it have to have the same structure (ex: child_theme/includes/)? either way I cant get the changes to show up
