Classipress 3.19 wp multisite problem+Clone mainsite and use as a tplate for subsites

Hi all. 2 questions in 1 really.

1) I have a WP multisite set up using this structure: ( I use sub-domains rather than sub-folders)

Main site with WP multisite install = mysite.com - using classipress3.19 theme

5 sub-domains set up as:

mysite1.mysite.com - no theme as yet
mysite2.mysite.com - no theme as yet
mysite3.mysite.com - no theme as yet
mysite4.mysite.com - no theme as yet
mysite5.mysite.com - classipress 3.19 theme

Now my issue is that the main site works fine - no problems
I activate the classipress 3.19 theme for mysite5.mysite.com and it seemingly works but when I come to post an ad I get this warning:

ERROR: no results found for the default ad form

and subsequently there are no custom fields within the custom field tab within the classipress admin panel.

I have deleted the theme, reactivated/deactivated and still have this issue.

I am not using a windows server and am not using a local host set up either.

Can someone help please?

2) Once I have the main site theme set up exactly as I like widgets customisations etc ie. mysite.com using classipress 3.19 is there a way to clone it and use this as a theme template for my other sub-domain sites within the multisite environment.

NOTE: I DON'T WANT TO CLONE THE SITE AND MOVE TO ANOTHER SERVER

The reason being that I don't want to have to start re-doing all the categories and set ups again.

I'm sure this might be possible and would like to know If anyone has done this and if so how.
