Classipress illegally using Shadowbox?

Hi,

Can David tell me how the licensing fees for commercial websites are handled? As I see it Classipress is a commercial product and people who charge for ads also have a commercial website. Both require the license for lightbox to be purchased. Is there an agreement between Appthemes.com and the shadowbox developer? Is everyone who is using classipress and the shadowbox code now violating the law not to mention cutting a developer out of his fees? I would expect David as a developer who is charging for his code himself not to do this, was this an oversight?

Please clarify.
