    Classipress. Posting an ad image - Sorry not allowed to upload files

    New install of Classipress 4.1.4.
    As a registered user, posting an ad, add media, selecting a photo to upload, appears to upload then the message "IMG_0125.JPG
    Sorry, you are not allowed to upload files"

    Wordpress 5.2.3
    PHP
    CentOS 7.7
    ClassiPress 4.1.4
