Classipress vs. Permalinks in WP MU

Hi, sorry for write 'again' about this thread, but I´m confused. I will try to explain:

> APP Themes side: It paginate nice at WP single user version (see it at http://www.cienporcien.com )
> APP Themes side: It doesn´t paginate when the WP runs in MU format, I mean with some blogs in the same WP installation (see it at http://www.dealermarket.net/clasificados )
> WP side: If I try to change my permalinks to 'custom' and save it, it goes to this structure http://www.dealermarket.net/actualidad/pagina-ejemplo/ ... and doesn´t change the .htaccess rules

So, where does it the problem, in APP Themes Classipress (in my version 3.0.5.3) or WP or either. Is there any Apache configuration which is not setup, which doesn´t permit change my permalinks?. Will solve this situation the newest ClassiPress versions?.
