Contact email not working

hi I am new to Wordpress so forgive me if this seems really basic.

I have just launched a classified directory http://www.retropeach.com .

I have put some dummy listings there, I created a new user and filled out the contact form to reply to an add ,
however it did not forward the email on.

Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong.
