Coupon Code Problem

I have a customer I gave a coupon code to, which he is using to place ads. The problem is that when I go to "Coupons" in the admin control panel I do not see that he has used the code under "usage".

I can go and look at the ad directly under "Ads" and can see the code was used, but it is not registering as being used in the "coupons" section. I had set the code to be able to be used 10 times, but if it is not registering he can use it as much as he wants.

Any help would be great...
