Cp Ad Categories widget in more than one sidebar?

I want to drag the CP Ad Categories widget into the main sidebar and also into the pages sidebar but it will only let me drag it to one sidebar. If I drag it into the main sidebar, then I cannot add it also to the pages sidebar because it disappears from the available and inactive widgets list. If I add it into the pages sidebar, then I cannot add it into the main sidebar? Is this the normal behavior?
