CP Conflict with GD Press Tools Plugin - Back End

I'm using a plugin called "GD Press Tools" from dev4Press which is supposed to have a tabbed interface. Unfortunately when I use this plugin on ClassiPress sites, the tabbed interface is broken. I know this because as soon as I switch themes to Twenty Ten, the tabs come back.

The plugin developer says that the problem most likely has to do with how CP is injecting CSS or JS on the back-end pages, and that he has no control over it. Is there a setting that will stop this from happening?
