    Custom field show in title of the page in meta

    Hi,

    is it possible to show some custom fields in <title> of the page?

    For example custom field "cp_city" I want to show in title of page of posts.

    Example:

    Notebook dell sell cheap | "cp_city" = London | Classipress.com

    Thank you very much for your help.

    Will this plugin make it for me? Platinum SEO Plugin ?
