Custom fields & meta ....PLS help!

I created some custom fields and forms but in the llisting review (whwn i'm going to ad a listing) is appearing other things, or nothing some times. also i can't change the meta name in a custom field (and it doesn't create a meta word at all), and in some fields that i choose to be required (*) , doesn't work...... pls help , (sorry for my english)
