Custom fileds missing for some posts

I see that some ads containing meta information with key cp_category and some of them are missing.

is this the reason that I get PHP Catchable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in wp-content/themes/includes/theme-functions.php on line 1541

Just wondering as I am regularly getting memory issues on the server , I have 1,88,820 ads listed and using VPS Server.

Everyday server goes down for more than 50 times and throws apache errors. I am using W3 Total Cache plugin but not helping me in anyway.

Need your expertise in this regards.
