The Custom Layout and Custom Fields are not adding. When saving shows "New Custom Fields" or "New Custom Layout". But when I refresh the page, there is nothing on the list. Here is the error message: No custom fields found. This usually means your install script did not run correctly. Go back and try reactivating the theme again.
