Deleting text boxes

Hi
I have a very simple site that requires no street name or zip code or region! Yep I know its sounds crazy be there ya go.

I have edited (deleted) the text on the main add custom list to remove the word Zip Street and Region from the list, thats fine but it still leave the text boxes on the menu when you try to enter an ad.

I know that the at least two of them are required for the map system to work , but we don't use that facility and leaving them empty seem to cause no ill effects to posting..

I am happy to leave the code there to keep the software happy but just need to edit the php that is echoing the html text boxes on the sell menu for these three items.

I can post ads fine without filling in these areas but the menu just looks a mess with the box outlines.

Can anyone advise me where I should look and in which file?
