A directory in the next version

Hi... Like ALL THE PLANET... I wait this 3.0.5 version.
I have a small question.

With the ads in the website using CP... I want ton add a Business Directory... using CP again in a same Wordpress and CP installation.

So I need to know :
It i possible... Or I must install a second Wordpress + CP in a subfolder of the website.
