Disable posting button from website

Hello,
I'm doing a website for a car seller. Classipress seems to be the good tool, but i've some trouble to customize the functions!

My client would like to post ads only from back office (public couldn't post an ad), so i have to delete the "post an ad button" from the front office.
Does anybody knows how to do this?

Also, i'd like to change the title "Categories" in the menu, to something like "My offers", "Ours cars"...How can i do?
