Edit Ad Form Shows Blank and Form Layouts Not Working

Here's what happening on my new site using CP 3.2 with Flannel child theme:

1. Custom Fields were added on form layouts but not showing up on the add listing form

2. I made the price NOT required but it still shows as required on the add listing form

3. I removed the "Country" field on form layouts but it still show up on the add listing form

4. When I edit the ad, it shows a blank ad edit form without my existing ad content. Only the images show on the ad edit form.
