Error message in admin page Please help!!

I posted my URL earlier today requesting help to pull ads from craigslist using their rss feed. Everything was working fine prior to that and haven't made any changes to anything including the plugins I had installed. I logged in a few minutes ago and this is the message i see on the admin page ontop of the dashboard, can anybody help me fix this or know what is going on. thanks
