Error after update

Have made an update to 3.0.5.1.
Now I have the following problems.
1. In Google Chrome, the layout is displayed incorrectly.

2. Users can not register.
3. In the admin area Important Notice - Required ClassiPress upgrade still on. although the database was recorded. When I click on My Ads Migrate press .. an error message comes .. conversion process failed. No ad listings found. You only have blog posts or your blog parent category ID is incorrect.
Also, the display presentation (text) is different ...
