Error while trying to install tag cloud

Hi,

I have tried installing 7 different tag cloud plugins and all give virtually the same error when I try to activate them. The current plugin: Wordpress Flash Tag Cloud is fully up to date and supports custom post types gives the error below. Can anyone tell me how to fix this issue as it seems most of the tag clouds with 4 and 5 stars are all failing during activation. I have to delete the plugin via ftp to get the site working again after the error occurs.
