errors in my dashboard after upgrading my server to php5
I don't know if anyone can help me here but my host is telling me it is a theme problem or possibly a plugin problem but I am not sure. After I upgrade to php5 on my server I get these errors at the top of my dashboard:
Warning: is_dir() [function.is-dir]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/) is not within the allowed path(s): (/nfs:/tmp:/usr/local:/etc/apache2/gs-bin) in /nfs/c07/h04/mnt/107830/domains/buysellammo.com/html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 2060
Warning: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/) is not within the allowed path(s): (/nfs:/tmp:/usr/local:/etc/apache2/gs-bin) in /nfs/c07/h04/mnt/107830/domains/buysellammo.com/html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 2051

I have disabled all of my plugins and tried the upgrade and the same errors return. Once returning to php4, all errors go away. Has anyone seen these errors or possibly understand what they are saying? Any help is greatly appreciated. I am trying to upgrade to 3.1 and I cannot. Thanks.
