    facebook login button can't be turned off

    We don't want to use the "Facebook Login" right now, so we want to hide it.
    With version RC1, you just leave key info etc. blank and it does not show. This does not help with 3.1.2. Even setting "Enable Facebook Authentication" to no does not help.
