Fatal error posting Ad through the Admin dashboard

One of my user tried to post an ad which was blocked by my firewall. I tried to post it (text only) through the admin dashboard and It failled returning this message:

Catchable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in /home/content/43/7115443/html/rvt/wp-content/themes/classipress/includes/theme-functions.php on line 1390

What does it mean?

I then try to post the same ad (text only) using the "Post an Ad" function and I was able to do so without problem. Why is it then that I could not do it as an administrator?
