Feature ad 3 times appear

Hi all,

as you can see on the pic, each time I ad a listing happen this:

1. I don't click to be feature and the listing goes feature automatic?

2. After that the listing go feature and 3 times as you can see on the pic.

Please help me to solve the issue.
