Featured Ad Pricing not adding up

Hi,

I have activated the option to charge for featured ads. But when I post an ad the Ad Listing Fee plus the Featured Ad fee dont add up. I have attached a screenshot.

My site is www.expatbillboard.com. Could you please let me know if I am doing something wrong.
