Featured Listings not Showing Up

Hi there, I've read most of the entries in the forum I could find about the Featured Slider, but mine still isn't working.

- I have at least 5 "sticky" posts.
- Show Featured Ads Slider is set to Yes in Pricing
- I've deactivated my Plugins to see if that fixes it, and it doesn't.

Ideas and thoughts appreciated; this has been very frustrating.
