A few questions about classipress

Hi, ive downloaded classipress and installed it fine with no problems but ive hit a few hurdles so if anyone could help me with the following i would be most gratefull,

1) Firstly i would like to change the title in the header of the website.

2)I know that im not allowed to remover the footer, but can i remove the classipress/appthemes advert in the header/ and how do i go about this?

3) Ive found that i can add new pages to my website (which is then shown by a new link on the main nav bar) however after i had added a new page and went to add a second new page, the original one dissapeared. Is there a limit on how many pages you can have on the navigation bar?

4) Under the categories link, i would like the categories to appear in the order i choose not alphabetical order, is this possible?

5) Can i change the names on the original links i.e. change 'Categories' to 'Classified Adverts' ?
