File Download Manager

I have several hundred pdf files that I want to make available to my users.

Does anyone know of a file download manager plugin that will allow only registered users to download files? What I am looking for is something that I can add to a page, not posts, where users can browse the files and download the ones they want.

If anyone knows of a plugin like that can you please let me know what it is and if there is a running sample of it somewhere I can look at. I want it to look profession so it blends well with my site.
