    file permissions

    Hi there, can anyone tell mw what the correct file permissions should be for the file wp-content/uploads/ (2010/08 etc)
    am slightly concerned that if someone types in site url e.g. www.ey23424zabc.com/wp-content/uploads/ or
    www.ey23424zabc.com/wp-content/uploads/2010 they can then access all the pics uploaded for all the adverts

    can this be addressed by permissions and /or/ htaccess?
