File Permissions Help To Upload Logo
I have a dedicated server with Plesk control panel. I found out I could not change the Images file permissions so it will not let me upload a photo for the logo.
Tech support sends me this email about twenty pages long saying they can't help.
So here's what I know.
They are telling me I need to I need to "add apache user to psacln group".
I have no clue what they are talking about and the internet searches are not revealing enough to get me started. Has anyone else run into this issue and if so do you have an easy fix since I am clueless?
