Google Maps just work with US adress?

Hello I have just bought the classipress theme and I have to congratulate the people that make this awesome theme possible. It is a very useful theme. However; I have been trying some features of this theme and I found some problems with Google Maps. I live in Peru and I see that it always show an US map. Even though, I put a peruvian address, a peruvian city, etc. it always show a US addres.

I have setted up the Google Maps settings in admin to Language code: ES and Region code: PE; nevertheless the problem continues and Google maps doesn't work.

I don't know so much about PHP; however, I think that some core Classipress fields of that Custom fields admin section that can not be deleted have been created just thinking on US address and not in International Adresses. Fields like Street, City, State and others maybe were created thinking just on US address. Maybe it is the reason why Google Maps are not working for me.

Why don't you try to make work Google Maps with this peruvian address:

Manuel Candamo 412, Lince, Lima 14, Lima, Peru
Street: Manuel Candamo 412
District: Lince
Zip Code: Lima14
City: Lima
Country: Peru

Could you check if google maps in classipress could work with this peruvian address?

Please I need to set up the google maps function in classipress; however, until now I have not been able to do it succesfully.

I will be glad if you could help me. Please answer me soon and share your opinions, experiences and solutions.
