Header and Single Ad (file name) positions
What is the files name (for Ad Image URLto point to for the "Ad Destination:"

Both

for the Header Ad (468x60) AND the Single Ad (336x280)

Once selecting YES on "Enable Ad:" it should show up on the website.

Any other tips or tricks on this topic would be appreciated.
