Help - I can't access wp dashboard after disabling wp user tool bar

Hi there,
I did something a bit silly.

I went in to the admin = classipress settings = advanced settings
to disable the wordpress users toolbar - so my registered users couldn't see or access the wordpress dashboard.
I remember seeing a whole pile of settings in the advanced tab and I clicked on a second feature about limiting access (i think) which has now locked admins out from accessing the wp dashboard as well - meaning I now can't access my wp back end (silly me).

Now when I try to access my wp-login page I get redirected to the sites login page.

The redirect I get is:
http://www.dancewearclassifieds.com/...st_type%3Dpage

Can you help me get back in?
